Enrollment & Registration

Online Registration for the 2025-2026 school year is underway for ALL NEW Greendale Schools families.

• New Student Registration Portal - Select "4K and New Student Registration 2025-26" if you will not be enroling until Summer and/or Fall 2025.  

Over the summer months, please contact Jodi Ellis at the Greendale Middle School Office (414-423-2800) you have questions regarding NEW student registration. An interactive map to find your school and contact information for the schools is on the right side of this webpage.

To Enroll Your New Student(s), the following documents are required:

• Certified birth certificate

• Immunization records

• Three proofs of residency (current utility bill with your name and address, signed lease, or accepted offer to purchase) are required.

If unable to upload Required Documents, bring them to the Registrar at Greendale Middle School or front office at Greendale High School for assistance.

For the 2024-2025 school year, all children who will be five years old on or before September 1, 2024, will be eligible for the Kindergarten program. 

For the Time 4 Learning (4K) Charter School, children must be four years old on or before September 1, 2024.

Back to School Check-In is open NOW through the Infinite Campus Parent Portal.
Families will receive an email when the Portal is available for OLR/Back to School Check-In.

Each year, ALL parents/ guardians are REQUIRED to participate in this annual census update/Back to School Check-In. Going through this process ensures the district has:

• The correct address and contact information (NOTE: if your address changed, you MUST provide new proof of residency to the Registrar, Jodi Ellis, per requirements HERE);
• The correct emergency contacts
• The most current medical information for your student(s); and
• The correct demographic information for your student(s).

This requires at least ONE parent/ guardian to have an Infinite Campus account.  Please make sure you have an account and can access it. That is the same account you use to access your student(s)’s report card.
