Many device issues can be resolved by trying these common fixes:
- Restart your Device (Chromebook / iPad)
- Make sure your Chromebook is updated (Chromebook)
- Powerwash your Chromebook (Chromebook)
- Clear Cache and Cookies (Chromebook)
- Disable Unwanted Extensions (Chromebook)
- Basic Network Troubleshooting (Chromebook / iPad)
- Ensure device charger is plugged in firmly (Chromebook / iPad)
- Contact your teacher
- If all else fails, send the tech department an email with as much detail as possible: support@greendaleschools.org
