Parents are asked to prepay for meals, which is put into their child’s lunch account. Payment can be made using cash or a check sent with your child to school or by using our online payment system, MySchoolBucks If you choose to pay with cash or a check please place it in an envelope marked with your child's name and if available their student ID number. Elementary students may bring cash or check deposits to school to be turned in to their teacher or front office. Middle and High School students may make cash/check deposits right at the register. At this time Greendale Schools CAN NOT accept credit or debit card payments. Credit card or E-check payments can be made online using Myschoolbucks.com MySchoolBucks will charge a $3.25 convenience fee per child per transaction for their services. Also, please DO NOT make school lunch payments on Infinite Campus.
Each meal purchased is then deducted from your account. Reminders are sent by phone from the District's School Messenger program each Wednesday to alert you when the account has a negative balance. Please respond to this message and bring your child's account up to date as soon as possible.
Families usingMyschoolbucks.com to make payments to your student's account, please know beginning 11/13/2023 some parents in Greendale School District that use Myschoolbucks.com will see a Fall 2023 Program Fee of $2.50 at their next transaction made on MySchoolBucks. This fee will be charged only in connection with the first payment made during November & December 2023.
