Brian Bock, Treasurer
Dr. Brian Bock was elected to the Greendale Board of Education in 2024. He was born in Indiana and has been a Greendale resident since 2018.
Prior to joining the Board of Education, Dr. Bock served the Greendale School District on the school district’s Citizens Finance Committee and the Superintendent’s Citizen Advisory Team. He worked as a substitute teacher for Greendale Schools and a supporter of Canterbury Elementary’s PTO. He has been an avid supporter of the GSD theater programs, all district orchestra, GMS track and field, basketball, cross country, and Greendale Jr. Panthers cheer team.
He also serves the community in a number of ways such as volunteering at Village Days, the Fourth of July Festival, and Dickens in the Village. He coaches young athletes with SC Wave Park & Rec soccer teams, Jr. Panthers Basketball, and is a member of the Greendale Lions.
Dr. Bock is a proud third generation graduate of UW- Madison (School of Pharmacy, Doctor of Pharmacy Class of 2012). He earned his Bachelor of Science degrees from Valparaiso University in Biology & Chemistry (2005). He is currently a Primary Care Pharmacist at Hayat Pharmacy.
Dr. Bock’s wife Mel is an ICU nurse for Advocate/Aurora and a current doctoral candidate at UW-Milwaukee School of Nursing. Brian and Mel have two daughters, Evie (2029) and Gretchen (2031), who attend Greendale Schools. In his free time, He enjoys golfing, reading, trying new restaurants, catching a baseball, football, or hockey game, and spending time with his family exploring the USA.
