Free to Greendale School District Students, Staff & Staff Families
Greendale Schools provides students with access to the services of an Aurora Health Care Nurse Practitioner at no cost to parents. High school and Middle School students can self-refer. Students in elementary school must be referred and seen with a parent. The clinic provides physical exams; diagnosis and treatment of acute illness and injury; diagnosis and management of chronic and episodic illness; health education and promotion; and athletic physicals.
The Greendale School District is committed to providing health and wellness programs and services to students and their families.The Nurse Practitioner services support the health and wellness of Greendale Schools. The district NP can:
- Perform Athletics Physicals (WIAA Student Athletic Physical Form)
- Diagnose and treat common family illnesses
- Triage/refer when necessary
- Write prescriptions, if required
- Help promote/mentor healthy lifestyle choices
- Assist and educate on management of chronic conditions, in conjunction with the patient's primary care provider, such as asthma, diabetes, high blood pressure, and high cholesterol, as needed.

- Middle & High School Sports Physicals (Available after August 1), as well as the following:
- Bladder Infections (females, 12+)
- Ear, Nose, Throat Infections (including tests for Strep or Mono)
- Ear Wax Removal
- Insect Stings
- Minor Rashes
- Minor Lower Back Pain
- Nausea/Vomiting/Diarrhea
- Motion Sickness
- Pink Eye
- Poison Ivy
- Ringworm
- Seasonal Allergies
- Sinus Infections
- Wart Removal
