Greendale High School's award-winning Theatre Department is thrilled to present the hilarious comedy, THE PLAY THAT GOES WRONG (High School Edition), Thursday, November 6, Friday, November 7, and Saturday, November 8, 2025 at 7:00 p.m. each night.
This silly farce is still running on Broadway and has audiences rolling in the aisles. As a drama troupe prepares for their opening night of their murder mystery, they are almost (?) ready to perform and with a very hardworking cast and crew, they do their best to make it through their opening night performance. But, well, not everything goes to plan... so join GHS Theatre to see how it turns out!
THE PLAY THAT GOES WRONG is suitable for the entire family! Running time 1 hour 45 minutes including an intermission. Tickets are $9 for adults and $6 for all students and all tickets are general admission and available at the door.

Elementary To Go Breakfast Pilot
Greendale Schools Food Service is trying out a “To Go Breakfast” pilot to expand student access to a nutritious breakfast while minimizing the need for additional food service staffing. From Tuesday, October 7 through Friday, November 7, our elementary schools will offer grab & go-style breakfasts for students to pick up and take to their classroom to eat from 8:45 a.m. to 8:55 a.m. Costs are $2.25 per breakfast (30 cents for reduced meal qualified and free for free meal qualified families). Eight grade Algebra students practiced solving one-step and two-step equations with an Escape Room activity. Students had three levels of puzzles to solve, each level giving them a code to unlock the next level. The activity soon became a race to see who would escape and who could do so the fastest (all while Mission Impossible theme music played in the background). It is exciting to watch our Panthers so eager to learn!

Greendale Schools' Pupil Services team partnered with the Community Alliance to create 92 Calm Kits for all of our elementary learning spaces. Calm Kits are used by students when they need a safe activity to manage their feelings. Being able to calm yourself when emotions run high – or self-regulate – is a learned skill. These kits include a variety of hands-on activities for students to work with when their emotions are running too high and they need to regain their emotional and physical control.
We are excited for our students to have access to these Calm Kits. Many thanks to Community Alliance for supporting our students learning with these tools.
Greendale students and staff recognized Patriot Day last week by showing their Red, White & Blue spirit. Students learned about the heroes who work to protect our freedom.
